Working together

Creating an experience that is built around facilitating your individual, group, event or corporate objective. You will leave with simple and effective tools for grounding and calm whether that is movement based or a subtle practice.

The approach that I offer are asana, pranayama, breath work, inquiry, mindfulness and meditation based practices.

We will work towards applying these modalities to create calm, clarity, ease - in both body and mind and take away off the mat and into life.
